39. The board may issue an event permit for an indoor or outdoor space in an establishment where a permit issued under the Act respecting the Société des alcools du Québec (chapter S-13) is used.
However, an event permit issued in accordance with the first paragraph may not be used in the actual place where alcoholic beverages are made.
